Cut the chicken into small strips. Prepare the other ingredients as well - finely chop the onion and cucumbers, and slice the mushrooms. Heat the oil in a pan, add the onion and let it become glassy.
Then add the crushed garlic, just saute for a moment to make it fragrant. Then put the chopped mushrooms, pickles and chicken in the pan. Fry until golden and let the mushrooms soften. Cover with broth (or water), add tomato puree and sour cream. Salt and pepper to taste.
Let the sauce cook for about ten minutes. At the end, you can add fresh parsley. Don't forget to prepare a side dish - French fries or rice are popular.
