Pasta is a popular side dish made from unleavened dough. They come from sunny Italy and literally the whole world has fallen in love with them for their neutral taste, variability and easy preparation.

The delicious baked lasagna or the stuffed type of pasta called tortellini are also very popular. Gnocchi served with cream or tomato sauce are also gaining more and more popularity.

Today, you can buy all kinds of pasta in any chain store. However, many of them can be easily prepared at home and will taste totally great.
