Excellent baked pasta from one baking dish made with gorgonzola

Today I made pasta with sweet cauliflower, fragrant tomatoes and gorgonzola cheese for the children, which always gives the whole meal a typical salty taste. The whole meal works perfectly and the plates were left completely empty.

sour cream

Preparation steps

  1. Steam the cauliflower until semi-soft.
  2. Cook the pasta until semi-soft, too.
  3. Cut the tomatoes.
  4. Prepare the dressing: mix eggs, sour cream, pressed garlic, salt and basil.
  5. Mix the cauliflower, pasta and tomatoes, put it in the baking dish and cover with the sauce.
  6. Sprinkle the pasta with gorgonzola and bake for about 25 minutes at 390 °F / 200 °C.
