The recipe for the best and easiest mug pound cake made of whipped cream

We all love this pound cake at home, it has a pleasant sweet taste and I usually decorate it with whipped cream and fruit. The children are crazy about it.

  1. Separate the egg yolks and whites.
  2. Beat the egg yolks with sugar and beat the egg whites until stiff.
  3. Gradually add oil, whipping cream, baking powder, vanilla sugar and flour to the yolks.
  4. Finally, gently mix in the beaten egg whites.
  5. Pour the dough into a greased baking mold and bake at 355 °F / 180 °C for about 45 minutes.
