Now it was the first time for me and I have to say that I will never ever put butter in egg spreads as I used to. Sour cream perfectly balances the taste as well as common mustard, such a great combination.

Hard-boil the eggs, peel them and cut them precisely.
Finely chop the onion and add to the eggs.
Add mustard, season with salt and pepper and mix well. Finally, add the sour cream and combine well.
