Ingredients

Option no. 1:

3.5 oz
butter
2-3 tbsp
cocoa
1 tbsp
flour
½ tsp
powdered sugar
5 tbsp
milk
vanilla extract

Option no. 2:

5.5 oz
dark chocolate
1 tbsp
cocoa
1 cup
sugar
½ cup
water

Option no. 3:

4 oz
whipping cream
4.5 oz
dark chocolate

  1. Option no. 1:
    Bring half of the given amount of butter, cocoa, plain flour, powdered sugar and milk to a boil and combine while stirring constantly. When the mass is dissolved, add the rest of butter and vanilla. If the mixture becomes very stiff, add more milk.
  2. Option no. 2:
    Melt 5.5 oz of high-quality dark chocolate in a water bath and add cocoa, sugar and 1/2 cup of water. Heat the mixture over a low heat until it thickens and then pour the prepared chocolate over the cake or slices.
  3. Option no. 3:
    Heat the whipping cream in a saucepan over a low heat, but be careful not to bring the whipping cream to a boil - then it will not harden. Set aside the heated whipping cream and add the chocolate broken into pieces. Dissolve it by stirring. Layer the prepared chocolate coating on the slices.
