I was mainly interested in the recipe title. A "hop in the oven" symbolizes a quick and easy cake. And indeed it was. I have already baked it about 5 times and every time it was a great success. Mug recipes are very popular. Try it out.

Preparation steps

Mix powdered sugar, melted butter, milk, cocoa and rum. Take 1 cup out of it, set it aside - later you will make a glaze from it.
Add eggs, vanilla sugar and flour mixed with baking powder to the remaining mass.
Spread the resulting dough on a baking sheet and bake at a temperature of 320 °F / 160 °C for about 25 minutes. After baking, spread the top with the glaze that you separated at the beginning.
Sprinkle with shredded coconut and serve.
