6-7 pcs
hard-boiled egg
12 oz
soft salami
16 oz
tomato puree
to taste
curry
to taste
turmeric
to taste
sweet red pepper
to taste
salt

  1. Cook the spaghetti al dente.
  2. Fry soft salami cut in small cubes in a pan, add curry, turmeric, red pepper. Fry together, pour tomato puree over it and finally, hard-boiled eggs and salt.
  3. Mix the spaghetti with the sauce, put on a baking tray and bake for about 30 minutes at 410 °F / 210 °C.
