Baked potatoes from one baking dish - tasty lunch you will love

A perfect idea for a tasty lunch or if you just did not have time to prepare lunch, you can also serve it as dinner. You will use all the tasty ingredients such as potatoes, meat, cheese, cream, garlic and the result will be a meal from one baking dish.

Preparation steps

  1. Put the minced meat in a bowl, add salt and pepper, add cheese grated on a coarse grater, eggs, diced toast bread that you soaked in a little bit of milk for 20 minutes to soften and mix.
  2. Wash, peel and cut the potatoes into thin slices. Place half of them neatly on the bottom of a greased form, sprinkle with salt, pepper, dried garlic (or sprinkle with freshly pressed garlic) and cover with half of the heavy whipping cream.
  3. Layer the meat mixture and add a little grated cheese on top of the meat. Place the rest of the potatoes, salt and pepper again, rub or sprinkle with garlic and sprinkle the top with grated cheese again.
  4. Cover with the remaining cream and bake in the oven at 320 °F / 160 °C. Bake for about an hour until the top is nicely golden.
