  1. Beat the eggs with sugar until foamy and gradually add the other ingredients. Layer the prepared dough on an approx. 8 x 12 in' baking sheet, which is lined with baking paper, and bake in a preheated oven at a temperature of 320 °F / 160 °C for about 30 minutes.
  2. Leave the baked dough to cool. Then cut it in half lengthwise.
  3. Cook the pudding in milk and let it cool. Beat the butter to a foam together with the banana flavoring and gradually add the cooled pudding. Whip the cream mass (about 2/3), which you layer on one part of the dough.
  4. Place the other part of the dough on the worktop and cut out circles using a glass. Carefully place a sheet of dough on top of the vanilla cream and place a sliced banana in the holes. Place the cut circles on the bananas and layer the rest of the vanilla filling.
  5. Whip the whipping cream with the powdered sugar. Prepare the gelatin according to the instructions in warm water and mix it into the whipped cream. Layer on the vanilla cream and let it harden in the fridge.
  6. Sprinkle the top with grated chocolate or cocoa and serve. Enjoy!
