These chicken steaks are made in the oven, they smell like mustard and have a cheese crust. They will disappear from the baking sheet in the blink of an eye.

chicken breast
6 oz
sour cream
3-4 tbsp
full-fat mustard
5-6 cloves
garlic
to taste
salt
to taste
ground black pepper
to taste
breadcrumbs
70 g
hard cheese
a bit
butter

Preparation steps

  1. Cut the chicken breasts, salt and pepper them.
  2. Prepare a marinade from 6 oz of sour cream, 3-4 tablespoons of full-fat mustard and 5-6 cloves of garlic.
  3. Wash each piece of meat with the marinade and leave it overnight in the refrigerator. If you don't have that much time, let the meat stand in the marinade for at least an hour.
  4. After that, coat each piece in breadcrumbs, which you mixed with grated cheese, and place in a baking dish.
  5. Grate the butter on top and sprinkle a little oil.
  6. Bake at 410 °F / 210 °C for about 40 minutes until golden.
