Cut the chicken breasts, salt and pepper them.
Prepare a marinade from 6 oz of sour cream, 3-4 tablespoons of full-fat mustard and 5-6 cloves of garlic.
Wash each piece of meat with the marinade and leave it overnight in the refrigerator. If you don't have that much time, let the meat stand in the marinade for at least an hour.
After that, coat each piece in breadcrumbs, which you mixed with grated cheese, and place in a baking dish.
Grate the butter on top and sprinkle a little oil.
