So cute and so delicious. I guess I got hooked on Christmas baking early enough this year. I enjoy it very much. I only made half a batch and they were eaten in almost half an hour. I didn't really notice who took how many and at least I tasted them as soon as I filled the cones. They weren't soft from the cream yet, but that's okay. I will definitely be making a double batch of them for Christmas.

  1. Form all the ingredients into a loaf, wrap it in plastic wrap and put it in the fridge for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
  2. Then roll out a thin sheet from which you cut circles with a diameter of 2 inches. Place the circles on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake at 355 °F / 180 °C for 5 minutes. Do not bake for too long so as not to dry out the dough unnecessarily. Immediately after baking, roll them into a cone by turning them, for example, on a pastry tip or on a wooden cone or another cone.
  3. Put it aside for a while, they will harden as they cool and hold their shape. That's why you need to bake them in smaller quantities so that you can roll them while still hot.
  4. Dip the edges in chocolate and coat in ground nuts. Fill with caramel cream - caramel + condensed milk + butter.
