Custard cookies with vanilla and cocoa flavor - you don't need any molds and Christmas cookies can still look great

Custard cookies with vanilla flavor - I made half light and half dark. I made the whole dough, divided it in half and added 2 spoons of cocoa to one half.

  1. Beat the butter with vanilla and powdered sugar until foamy. Gradually add the flour mixed with the vanilla pudding and make a smooth dough, which you wrap in aluminum foil and put in the fridge for half an hour.
  2. Form the dough into a roll and use a sharp knife to cut thinner slices, which you place on a paper-lined baking sheet. Gently press into each cookie with a fork.
  3. Bake in a preheated oven at 355 °F / 180 °C for about 5-8 minutes. If you want cocoa cookies, just add good quality cocoa.
