Enough of the sweet cakes! Try this light, fluffy, fresh chocolate milk cake.

I don't know about you, but I've had enough of heavy butter cakes full of over-sweetened creams and fats. When we celebrate, I like to reach for this recipe. This is a chocolate cake with fresh mascarpone filling, it's heaven in the mouth and you don't feel like you've eaten a stone after eating it. Be sure to try it, the preparation is easy!

Ingredients

Cake base:

6 pcs
egg
6 tbsp
flour
5 tbsp
sugar
½ tbsp
oil
½ tsp
cocoa
1 pack
vanilla sugar

Filling:

12 oz
whipping cream
8 oz
mascarpone
½ pack
vanilla sugar

Glaze:

3.5 oz
dark chocolate
4 oz
whipping cream
Preparation steps
Print
  1. Separate the eggs into whites and yolks.
  2. Beat the egg whites until stiff and gradually add flour, oil, sugar, vanilla sugar and cocoa.
  3. Bake in a greased and floured baking pan for about 30 minutes at 340 °F / 170 °C. Let cool.
  4. Prepare the filling: whip the whipping cream with sugar and slowly mix it with the mascarpone.
  5. Cut the cooled cake base in half and fill with the filling.
  6. Heat 1/2 cup of whipping cream in a water bath and melt the chocolate in it.
  7. Pour the chocolate glaze on top of the cake and let everything cool in the refrigerator for an hour.
