  1. Beat the eggs with the sugar until foamy and gradually add all the other ingredients (milk, oil, poppy seeds, flour, baking powder and lemon zest).
  2. Pour it into a greased and floured baking mold and bake for 40 minutes at 355 °F / 180 °C.
  3. Prepare the frosting by heating the whipping cream in a water bath and melting the chocolate in it.
  4. After baking and cooling, pour the frosting over it.
