Preparation steps

Beat eggs with granulated sugar and vanilla sugar until foamy.
Gradually add mascarpone, oil, milk, flour and finally baking powder.
Place in cupcake liners and decorate each muffin with sliced strawberries. The given quantity will create 12 muffins.
Bake for approx. 25 minutes at 355 °F / 180 °C until golden.
