rum

⅔ cup

granulated sugar

Preparation time

Mix coconut milk with rum. Dip the long Lady fingers in coconut milk with rum and place them on the bottom of a deep baking dish.
Whisk the egg yolks with the sugar until foamy in a water bath. Set the thick mass aside and let it cool for a while. Mix the mascarpone and finally the shredded coconut into the slightly cooled mass with a mixer. Layer on the stacked Lady fingers and smooth them nicely.
Sprinkle the top with shredded coconut and almond flakes and put in the refrigerator to harden. Enjoy!
