Beat the eggs with the sugar until stiff. Reduce the speed of the mixer to the lowest speed, slowly add water and oil, and at the end, just use a wooden spoon to mix in the flour mixed with baking powder and cocoa. Layer the prepared dough on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake. Bake in a preheated oven at a temperature of 355 °F / 180 °C for about 20 minutes - keep an eye on it.
Sweeten the milk with sugar, add pudding powder and cook a thick custard, which you leave to cool. Beat the butter until foamy, gradually add the cooled custard spoon by spoon and whip a smooth cream, which you spread on the dough on which you have placed the bananas cut in half.
Cover the top with chocolate glaze and put in the refrigerator to harden.
