Ingredients: 14 oz puff pastry; 7 oz soft salami; 2 pcs pickled cucumber; 1 pc tomato; a handful canned corn; ½ pc red onion; 1 pc egg; 4 oz mozzarella; 2 oz hard cheese; to taste ketchup; to taste mayonnaise

tomato

canned corn

½ pc

red onion

egg

mozzarella

hard cheese

to taste

ketchup

to taste

mayonnaise

Roll out the puff pastry and cut it into rectangles.
Wash each piece with an egg and then with ketchup.
Place soft salami, corn, red onion, pickles and tomatoes on each sandwich.
Then spread a little mayonnaise on top and finally decorate each piece with cheese, I used mozzarella and hard cheese.
Bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 355 °F / 180 °C until golden.
