Ingredients: 5 pcs egg; ½ cup granulated sugar; 1 cup flour; 1 cup Nesquick powder; 1 cup oil; 2 ½ tsp baking powder; ½ cup strong black coffee; strawberry jam; 16 oz sour cream; 5 oz hot chocolate

We love this cake at home. It is really absolutely moist and tasty. Cream with chocolate on top of it refreshes the taste, and best of all, it's not difficult to prepare at all! Quickly, without measuring, mix everything with the help of a mug and that's it! Little effort and lots of joy.

Ingredients

Dough:

5 pcs

egg

½ cup

granulated sugar

1 cup

flour

1 cup

Nesquick powder

1 cup

oil

2 ½ tsp

baking powder

On top:

½ cup

strong black coffee

strawberry jam

Glaze:

16 oz

sour cream

5 oz

hot chocolate

Preparation steps

Beat the eggs and gradually add the remaining ingredients for the dough (sugar, flour, Nesquick powder, oil and baking powder).
Pour the dough onto a greased and floured baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes at 355 °F / 180 °C.
While the cake is still warm, drizzle it with sweetened coffee, spread it with jam and let it cool.
Prepare the glaze: melt the chocolate in a water bath and mix it with sour cream at room temperature. Spread it on the cake and let it rest until the next day.
If you want, you can change the cake a bit and skip step 4 and instead mix sour cream with vanilla sugar and coarsely grate the chocolate on top. Both variants are excellent.
