Bananas are very popular in sweet desserts, and even if it takes a few minutes to prepare such a dessert, it's just perfect. This great dessert goes well with coffee. I love banana cakes, but at home such roulades are not very popular, but now and then I can bake something according to my taste :)

  1. Beat the eggs with sugar and vanilla essence until stiff, gradually add the sifted flour and carefully mix with a wooden spoon.
  2. Finally, add softened butter and honey. Mix again and pour the dough onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
  3. Bake in a preheated oven at 355 °F / 180 °C for about 10-15 minutes. Spread the dough on the baking sheet in a thin layer and do not bake it for too long so as not to dry it out.
  4. Spread the cooled dough with whipped cream, place bananas and carefully roll it up.
  5. Sprinkle the top with various nuts - walnuts, pine nuts, hazelnuts, ... or even grated chocolate.
