A fantastic dessert that even children will love. I reduced the sugar so that it was not too sweet, I added Nesquik cereals to the cream to make it interesting for children, and I will tell you, I did not expect such a success. The children liked it, the adults too, so I'm satisfied. Definitely give it a try.

  1. Beat the eggs with the sugar until stiff, gradually beat in the flour mixed with cocoa and baking powder. Finally, pour the oil in a thin stream.
  2. Spread the prepared dough on a classic large baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake.
  3. Bake at 355 °F / 180 °C for about 20 minutes - keep an eye on it. After baking, remove the paper and let the dough cool.
  4. After cooling, cut the dough in half.
  5. Beat the mascarpone, sugar and whipping cream until stiff. Add the Nesquik cereals and sliced banana. Mix everything together with a whisk and spread on half of the dough. Smooth and add the second dough. Press gently with your hands and let it sit in the refrigerator until the next day.
  6. Then apply the coating on top - heat the cream just to the boiling point and pour over the broken chocolate. Dissolve by stirring. Then add the chopped nuts and mix.
