Ingredients: 2 tsp instant coffee; 2 tbsp hot water; 8 oz mascarpone; ⅓ cup powdered sugar; 1 pack vanilla sugar; 5 oz long Lady Fingers; filling Nutella; for coating cocoa

Fantastic balls full of delicious taste. Not too sweet, not too difficult to prepare, I would say that it is a dessert even for those who spend the least time in the kitchen. Be sure to try filling it with Nutella :)

Ingredients

2 tsp

instant coffee

2 tbsp

hot water

8 oz

mascarpone

⅓ cup

powdered sugar

1 pack

vanilla sugar

5 oz

long Lady Fingers

filling

Nutella

for coating

cocoa

Preparation steps

Print

Pour hot water over the instant coffee and let it cool.
After it has cooled, add the coffee to the mascarpone, which you have sweetened with powdered and vanilla sugar and mix it all together.
Blend the long children's Lady Fingers into a powder, which you add to the mascarpone mixture. Mix and form balls from the mass, coat them in cocoa.
You can fill the balls with nutella, by making a square out of the mass, placing the nutella in the center and slowly and carefully closing until you create a ball.
