Tiramisu in cake form

One of the best no-bake desserts. I make this dessert often, but not only in the baking dish. I make it in glasses, in square classic baking form and also in plastic boxes and we eat the cake straight from them with a spoon :) It's a very variable dessert, you can add amaretto, liqueur, fruit, it's such a versatile delicacy that you can prepare in a million ways. We only like the taste of coffee and Lady fingers, I do not add fruit anymore.

Ingredients
16 oz
whipping cream
16 oz
mascarpone
1 pack
vanilla sugar
2 tbsp
powdered sugar
1 big pack
Lady fingers
1 cup
strong black coffee
for sprinkling
cocoa
Preparation steps
Print
  1. Whip the whipping cream with both sugars until stiff and then mix in the mascarpone.
  2. Dip the Lady fingers in cooled coffee and place them next to each other in an appx. 9 in' cake pan, lining the edged of the pan as well.
  3. Spread the Lady fingers with half of the cream, place the coffee-soaked Lady fingers on top of the cream, sprinkle with cocoa and layer the rest of the cream.
  4. Place the coffee-soaked Lady fingers on top and sprinkle it thickly with cocoa.
  5. Let it harden overnight in the fridge.
