A delicious dressing for the main meal, grilled meat or potatoes. I froze a lot of dill during its season so I would have something to pull out of the freezer during this time and let me tell you, it was a great idea. I love dill, whether it's dill sauce or this tzatziki sauce. It's great as a salad with a main dish or as a sauce.

cucumber

5 cloves

garlic

5.5 oz

white Greek yogurt

1 tsp

lemon juice

4 tbsp

olive oil

dill

parsley

salt

pepper

Preparation steps

Peel the cucumbers and grate them on a coarse grater. Put them in a bowl, add salt and pepper and wait 10-15 minutes until they release their juice.
Squeeze the cucumbers - remove the juice, add chopped dill and parsley, pressed garlic, lemon juice and yogurt, which you previously mixed with olive oil.
Put it in the fridge for 2-3 hours until all the flavors combine and you can serve. Enjoy your meal!
