  1. Boil the potatoes with the skin, peel and mash after cooling down.
  2. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry 2 diced sausages and 10 oz of sliced soft salami.
  3. Mix with potatoes and hard-boiled eggs, which you have also cut.
  4. Add salt, black pepper and parsley.
  5. Put in a greased baking dish and cover with sauce made from whipping cream, 3 eggs and cream cheese.
