A fantastic healthy cake that you can eat without feeling guilty about gaining weight

Sometimes it is necessary to prepare something healthy and tasty in the kitchen. I baked this fantastic cake to which I added whole grain flour, apple, carrot and various seeds or dried fruit.

2 cups
whole grain flour
2 pcs
egg
1 cup
milk
2 pcs
apple
2 pcs
carrot
½ cup
oatmeal
3.5 oz
walnuts
3.5 oz
flax seeds
1.5 oz
raisins
1.5 oz
dried cranberries
1 cup
brown sugar
1 tsp
baking powder
1 tsp
ground cinnamon
1 tsp
baking soda
a pinch
salt
Preparation steps

  1. Chop the nuts and roast them in a dry pan.
  2. Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl, add carrots and apples grated on a fine grater.
  3. Add milk and eggs and mix well. Pour the dough into a greased and floured smaller baking sheet. Bake at 355 °F / 180 °C for about 25 minutes.
  4. Sprinkle the baked cake with powdered sugar, or cover it with high-quality chocolate.
