Form the dough into a ball from the ingredients for the dough, which you roll out into a thicker sheet and use a rolling pin to transfer it to a deep baking sheet.
Layer the mascarpone filling on the top of the dough (make it by mixing all the ingredients together).
Spread the drained blueberries evenly over the filling and sprinkle with crumble.
Bake at 355 °F / 180 °C for about 40-50 minutes until pink.
