A simple blueberry cheesecake with crumble

During the weekend, we couldn't miss a sweet treat, which my whole family enjoyed. Refreshing blueberries added a soft sourness and the mascarpone filling added perfect sweetness.

Ingredients

Dough:

3 ⅓ cups
flour
8 oz
butter
1 cup
powdered sugar
1 ¼ tsp
baking powder
2 pcs
egg yolk
1 tbsp
milk
1 tbsp
lemon juice

Filling:

24 oz
mascarpone
1 ¼ cups
powdered sugar
1 pack
vanilla sugar
2 pcs
egg

Fruit:

3 cups
blueberry compote (drain it)

Crumble:

1 ¼ cups
flour
1 ¼ cups
powdered sugar
2 tbsp
soft butter
Preparation steps
Print
  1. Form the dough into a ball from the ingredients for the dough, which you roll out into a thicker sheet and use a rolling pin to transfer it to a deep baking sheet.
  2. Layer the mascarpone filling on the top of the dough (make it by mixing all the ingredients together).
  3. Spread the drained blueberries evenly over the filling and sprinkle with crumble.
  4. Bake at 355 °F / 180 °C for about 40-50 minutes until pink.
