Recipe Amazing mug dessert for all chocolate lovers

Even beginners in baking can prepare this dessert with a detailed photo instructions. I just had to try this creamy dessert. I usually bake creamy desserts for my older daughter, but this time I have to admit that my desire to try this dessert was stronger than hers. It looks fantastic and tastes even better. Don't be afraid of the relatively large amount of ingredients, it's really easy to prepare.

  1. Beat the eggs with sugar until foamy, gradually add sifted flour mixed with cocoa and baking powder. Layer the prepared dough on a larger baking sheet (the larger the baking sheet, the lower the dough) lined with baking paper and bake in a preheated oven at 355 °F / 180 °C for 20 minutes.
  2. After baking, leave to cool.
  3. Cream:
Mix all ingredients except butter, vanilla sugar and whipped cream in a pot and cook a thick "custard". Set it aside and add butter and vanilla sugar to the hot mixture. Melt the butter and sugar by stirring. I mixed it with a classic mixer and the cream was beautifully smooth. Let it cool.
  4. Finally, whip the whipping cream until stiff whipped cream and gently (just with a whisk) mix it into the "custard". Divide the prepared cream in half.
  5. Spread one part on the dough (cut off the edges), crush the cut edges on the cream and layer the cream again. Smooth it well and put it in the refrigerator to harden.
  6. When the cream has hardened, pour the chocolate glaze over the top - heat the whipping cream and add the chocolate broken into pieces. Dissolve it by stirring.
