Preparation time

Whip the whipping cream until stiff. In the second bowl, carefully mix the sour cream with condensed milk with a wooden spoon. Gradually add the whipped cream.
Soak the gelatin in water and let it swell. Heat the swollen gelatin until it dissolves and then let it cool slightly. Add to the creamy condensed milk mixture and mix.
Prepare the mold and start layering. Dip the Lady fingers in brewed coffee and place them on the bottom of the mold. Alternate layers with the cream and smooth the top nicely.
