Preparation steps

Print

Crush the cocoa biscuits and press them firmly into the bottom of the cake form. Cover them evenly with melted butter and drizzle with rum. Put it in the refrigerator until we prepare the cream.
Melt the chocolate in the microwave or in a water bath, add the whipping cream and mix it all together. Add the chocolate mixture prepared in this way to mascarpone and mix. Layer the cream on the biscuit base. Smooth it out nicely.
