Ingredients: 5 pcs larger apple; 2 ½ cups flour; 1 cup sugar; 1 cup lukewarm milk; ½ cup oil; 2 pcs egg; 2 tsp cinnamon; 2 tbsp cocoa; 1 pack vanilla sugar; 1 tsp baking soda; 2 ½ tsp baking powder; for spreading jam; 8 oz sour cream; 1 bar chocolate

Preparation steps

Peel the apples, grate them on a coarse grater (so that you get approx. 25 oz).
Mix all other ingredients in a bowl, add grated apples and mix.
Prepare a larger baking sheet of approx. 12x15 in', line the bottom with baking paper, pour the dough and let the cake bake. Bake at 355 °F / 180 °C for about half an hour.
After baking, spread the top with jam and pour melted chocolate mixed with sour cream on the top.
