Baked chicken thighs with cabbage from one baking dish

Baking meat in the oven is probably the easiest way to prepare a quick Sunday lunch. Try baking the side dish straight away, too. All from one baking dish. It's a bit of an unconventional side dish, but it's definitely worth a try.

white cabbage
3 pcs
chicken thigh
3 cloves
garlic
3 tbsp
olive oil
to taste
salt
to taste
pepper
to taste
ground red pepper
Preparation steps

  1. Cut the cabbage into slices about 3/4 in' thick. Place them on a baking dish that you have greased with oil.
  2. Salt, pepper and place the chicken thighs, which you coated in a mixture of spices, oil and garlic.
  3. Place the prepared baking dish in a preheated oven at a temperature of 355 °F / 180 °C for about 45 minutes.
