Clean, wash and dry the chicken breasts. Cut into small pieces.
Heat the pan properly, pour half a cup of water and let it boil. Add mayonnaise and combine it with water by mixing. Add chicken meat cut into small pieces, season with salt and add pressed or chopped garlic.
Let it simmer for 20 minutes. Peel the potatoes and grate them on a fine grater.
Grease a muffin pan with oil and place grated potatoes on the bottom and sides. Place the chicken on top of the potatoes in a muffin pan and place the pan in the preheated oven. Bake for about 20-25 minutes at a temperature of 460 °F / 240 °C.
Grate the cheese on a grater and finely chop the green onion - mix together in a bowl.
Remove the pan from the oven, sprinkle with the cheese and onion mixture and return to the oven for another 5-10 minutes.
