Recipe Blueberry cake as soft as a cobweb

I recently saw discounted blueberries in some ad. I immediately ordered my husband to buy them and so I thought about what to make from them. My favorite blueberry cake came to mind, which I make mainly from home-grown strawberries and cherries, but I got such a craving for it that it had to be made from purchased blueberries as well. It was fantastic. The dough is soft and fluffy. Finally, sprinkle the top with powdered sugar.

  1. You need only 5 basic ingredients for the dough and you can start preparing the cake.
  2. Prepare an approx. 12 x 15 in' baking sheet and grease it and sprinkle it with flour. Preheat the oven to 355 °F / 180 °C and use a mug to measure ingredients.
  3. Beat the eggs with the sugar until foamy. Then add the whipping cream, beat well and finally add the sifted flour mixed with baking powder. Carefully, just mix by hand and pour onto the baking sheet.
  4. Place the fruit on the dough and let it bake. Bake for about 15 - 20 minutes, it depends on the oven, so keep an eye on it.
  5. Take out the baked cake and sprinkle it with powdered sugar.
