Bun cake with mascarpone and tangerines

This is heaven in your mouth. Literally. All you have to do is mix everything with a mixer, pour it on a baking sheet, place the fruit, make piles of mascarpone and bake. Simple and quick.

Ingredients

Dough:

1 cup
powdered sugar
3 pcs
egg
2 cups
flour
1 cup
milk
½ cup
oil
2 ½ tsp
baking powder

Mascarpone:

16 oz
mascarpone
1 pc
egg
2 packs
vanilla sugar

Fruit:

1 can
tangerines
Preparation steps
Print
  1. Beat the eggs with sugar until foamy, add oil, milk and flour mixed with baking powder. Pour the prepared dough onto a greased and floured baking sheet.
  2. Place piles of mixed mascarpone with egg and vanilla sugar on top of the dough.
  3. Place the tangerines on top of it.
  4. Bake in a preheated oven. Bake at 355 °F / 180 °C for 25 minutes. Allow the baked bun cake to cool and sprinkle with sugar before serving.
