Put all the ingredients for the base into a blender and blend them into a thick mass, which you layer on the bottom of a (smaller) round baking dish. Line the bottom with baking paper.
Soak the cashew nuts in water for 12 hours beforehand. It is best to soak the cashews in the evening and in the morning you can continue preparing the cake. Melt the white chocolate in a water bath. Strain the cashew nuts and put them in a blender. Add the other ingredients and mix into a smooth mass, which you layer on the prepared base.
Let it harden in the refrigerator and, after it has solidified thoroughly, prepare the dark layer in the same way.
Let it harden again in the fridge, decorate according to your imagination and serve.
