Prepare the marinade in a deep bowl. Beat the eggs with sour cream, garlic, salt, paprika and pepper.
Wash, clean and cut the chicken breast into slices. Prepare a food foil in which you will wrap the coated pieces of meat in the marinade. Cover them with food foil and put them in the fridge for at least 2 hours (preferably overnight).
Coat the chicken breasts in flour and fry in preheated oil. Allow the baked meat to drain or place it on a paper napkin. Sprinkle the smoked cheese over the chicken breast on the plate (use half of the given amount).
Prepare a side dish. Peel the potatoes, grate them on a coarse grater. Add salt to taste. Cut the onion into slices and mix with the potatoes. Grate another half of the cheese and the solidified butter on a fine grater and add to the mixture.
Layer the mixture prepared in this way into a mold that you have greased with oil, pour sour cream over it, sprinkle with breadcrumbs and bake in a preheated oven at 355 °F / 180 °C until golden. Enjoy!
