Prepare the cake. Whisk the eggs with sugar into the foam. Add cocoa, lukewarm water and oil. Finally add the flour with the baking powder and mix.
Pour the dough into a pre-greased baking tray and sprinkle with flour or line with baking paper.
Whisk mascarpone with vanilla sugar and yolk. Cook vanilla pudding in milk and let to cool. Then mix with prepared mascarpone. Put the prepared cream in a plastic bag and cut one edge. Create the shape of the grid onto the cake on the baking tray.
Bake at 350 °F / 175 °C for about 30 minutes.
