Recipe Cheesecake with white chocolate and strawberry jelly

My mom wanted something sweet, and since I know she loves cheesecake, I started searching for the right recipe on the Internet. I found many and let me tell you, it was hard to decide which one to bake. So I combined two recipes and this wonderful, irresistible cake was created, which was an incredible success. Everyone liked it and many even asked for the recipe. Such feedback is lovely. Be sure to try it yourself.

  1. Prepare a round baking sheet with a diameter of 8.6 inches. Line the bottom with baking paper. Heat the oven to 320 °F / 160 °C.
  2. Grind the biscuits with a mixer to a powder, add the melted butter and mix it together. Layer the mass on the bottom of the form and smooth it out nicely.
  3. Mix mascarpone, sour cream, eggs, honey, vanilla and spelled flour into a uniform mass and add melted white chocolate. Layer the mascarpone filling on the base and smooth it out nicely. Place in the oven and bake for 55-60 minutes. It's okay if the center wobbles - it will harden as it cools. Let cool after baking.
  4. Blend the strawberries. Pour the pulp into a saucepan, add the gelatin and bring to a boil.
  5. Cook for 1 minute and set aside. Allow to cool slightly and layer on the mascarpone filling.
