sour cream

10.5 oz

cheese

5 tsp

red ground pepper

salt

pepper

parsley

olive oil

Preparation steps

Cut the chicken breast into thin slices (cut them in half), season with salt, pepper.
Preheat the oven to 390 °F / 200 °C, prepare the baking tray and grease with oil.
Fry the chicken breasts on a hot oil in a pan and then place them on the tray.
Sprinkle with a red ground pepper, smother each piece of the chicken with sour cream and top it with grated cheese.
Place in the oven and bake until the cheese melts.
Serve with rice or potatoes. Do not forget to sprinkle it with parsley.
