Chicken balls in cream sauce

Simple, quick and delicious. As a side dish, you can choose potatoes prepared in any way or rice or pasta. Enjoy your meal!

Preparation steps
  1. Cut the chicken breasts into small cubes, as well as the onion. Mix, add salt, pepper and egg. Mix thoroughly.
  2. Form small balls from the mass (if you are unable to form balls, add a little flour), which you place in a baking dish.
  3. Put them in a preheated oven and bake at a temperature of 355 °F / 180 °C for about 10 - 15 minutes.
  4. While the balls are baking, grate hard cheese on a coarse grater. Add it to the whipping cream and combine. Add pressed garlic and pour this cream sauce over the balls. Return to the oven and bake for another 15-20 minutes (depending on the size of the balls).
  5. Serve with potatoes, rice or pasta, or with a vegetable salad. Enjoy!
