Ingredients:

chicken breast
7 oz
ham
7 oz
cheese slices

Sauce:

4 tbsp
oil
4 tbsp
flour
2 cups
milk
2 tbsp
sour cream
salt
pepper
parsley
nutmeg

  1. Wash the chicken meat and cut it into thin slices.
  2. Place a slice of ham and a thin slice of chicken on a slice of cheese. Roll it up and place the rolls in a baking dish that you greased with oil.
  3. Sauce:
    Heat the oil in a pan, add the flour and fry briefly while stirring constantly. Add milk and cook until thickened. Finally, add sour cream, salt, pepper, nutmeg and chopped parsley.
  4. Pour the sauce over the rolls and bake in the oven. Bake at 390 °F / 200 °C for about half an hour. Let the finished rolls cool and serve with rice or boiled potatoes. Enjoy!
