Wash, prepare and cut the chicken breasts into small cubes. Place in a bowl, add green pepper, chicken seasoning, salt and pepper. Mix thoroughly and put in the fridge for 1 hour.
Drain the sweet corn and red beans, let them drain and place them in a larger bowl. Add diced tomatoes, peppers, onions and finely chopped parsley.
Dressing: Finely chop the garlic (you can also press it), add honey and mustard and mix thoroughly. Add oil, thyme, vinegar and leave for 30 minutes.
Fry the chicken breasts in a pan until golden and let it cool. When cooled, add it to the bowl with the sweet corn and beans. Pour over the prepared dressing and serve. Enjoy your meal!
