Wash the potatoes, cut them into wedges and fry them in oil.
Cut the cutlets into smaller slices, season with salt and pepper and fry in slightly heated oil.
Heat the whipping cream in a small saucepan, add the grated cheese, all the herbs, salt and pepper and finally thicken it a little with flour.
When serving, pour the prepared sauce over a slice of meat, add potatoes and decorate with slices of vegetables, which you drizzle with balsamic vinegar.
