Chocolate pound cake which is soft and moist thanks to one ingredient

A pound cake that is just perfect. A perfect chocolate flavor and juiciness that is strong thanks to the grated apples. Definitely give it a try. I made it without chocolate coating, but whoever wants can add it.

cocoa

flour

baking soda
½ tsp
cinnamon

1 cup
chopped walnuts
½ cup
shredded coconut
½ cup
chocolate
Preparation steps

  1. Beat the eggs with granulated sugar until stiff.
  2. Add oil, vanilla essence and beat for a while.
  3. In the second bowl, mix the dry ingredients - flour, baking soda, cocoa, coconut, cinnamon and a little salt.
  4. Add all the loose ingredients to the beaten egg mass. Add chopped nuts and chopped chocolate.
  5. Finally, add the grated apples.
  6. Pour the prepared dough into a cake mold, which you have greased with butter and sprinkled with flour.
  7. Bake in a preheated oven at a temperature of 340 °F / 170 °C for about 40 minutes - watch and check with a skewer. As soon as it is dry after the skewer being inserted and pulled out of the cake mold, the pound cake is ready.
