Ingredients: 3 pcs egg; 2 cups granulated sugar; 1 ½ cups oil; 1 tbsp cocoa; 3 pcs apple; a little vanilla essence; 3 cups flour; 1 tsp baking soda; ½ tsp cinnamon; 1 tsp salt; 1 cup chopped walnuts; ½ cup shredded coconut; ½ cup chocolate

Beat the eggs with granulated sugar until stiff.
Add oil, vanilla essence and beat for a while.
In the second bowl, mix the dry ingredients - flour, baking soda, cocoa, coconut, cinnamon and a little salt.
Add all the loose ingredients to the beaten egg mass. Add chopped nuts and chopped chocolate.
Finally, add the grated apples.
Pour the prepared dough into a cake mold, which you have greased with butter and sprinkled with flour.
Bake in a preheated oven at a temperature of 340 °F / 170 °C for about 40 minutes - watch and check with a skewer. As soon as it is dry after the skewer being inserted and pulled out of the cake mold, the pound cake is ready.
