granulated sugar

dark chocolate

3.5 oz

butter

7 oz

coconut

10.5 oz

ground biscuits

¾ cup

water

5.5 oz

Philadelphia cream cheese

1.5 oz

milk chocolate

Preparation steps

Put water and sugar in a saucepan. Wait until the sugar dissolves and remove from the heat. Add butter and dark chocolate broken into pieces and melt by stirring.
Then add crushed biscuits and 3.5 oz of coconut. Mix well and shape the balls with your hands. Place them on a tray - cover them in coconut.
Melt milk chocolate in a water bath, remove from the heat and mix with Philadelphia cream cheese.
Make a hole in the center of each ball with your finger so that you can layer the chocolate cream - Philadelphia chocolate cream cheese. Enjoy!
