penne pasta

butter

5-6 cloves

garlic

4 tbsp

flour

1 ½ cups

chicken broth

1 ½ cups

whole milk

to taste

parsley

3.5 oz

grated parmesan

to taste

salt

to taste

pepper

Preparation steps

Cook the pasta according to the instructions.
Melt the butter over low heat and add the crushed garlic. Cook for 2 minutes.
Add milk, flour and chicken broth and cook until thickened.
When you have a thick sauce, add parsley and cheese.
Wait until the cheese melts and mix in the pasta.
