Cupcakes with chocolate whipped cream

I always thought that chocolate whipped cream was very complicated to prepare and I was literally afraid of it. Sometimes I read that chocolate whipped cream must be put aside for at least 24 hours to be whipped well, somewhere I read that 3 hours is enough, somewhere that it takes all night, but let me tell you, the internet offers many articles and so I decided to try it.



3 pcs
4.5 oz
5.5 oz
¾ cup
⅔ cup
granulated sugar
1 pack
vanilla sugar

Chocolate whipped cream:

5.5 oz
dark chocolate
8 oz
whipping cream
sliced almond
Preparation steps
  1. Pour the whipping cream into the pot and break the chocolate bar into it. Cook for a while until the chocolate melts and a chocolate mixture is formed. Let it cool down. Then put it in the fridge for about 6 hours.
  2. Beat the butter with sugar until foamy, add eggs, flour mixed with baking powder and ground nuts.
  3. Divide the dough into cupcakes liners and place in a preheated oven at 355 °F / 180 °C and bake for 20 minutes. Then let it cool.
  4. Whip the cooled chocolate mixture and fill the decoration bag with it. Decorate each cupcake and finish with sliced almond.
