Custard horseshoes glued with marmalade

I bought a special mold for grinder this year, so I tried horseshoes. It took me a while to figure out how to work with the grinder quickly, but these worked and are very good indeed. I glued them with homemade marmalade, which I made back in the summer from strawberries. I dipped the ends in chocolate and put them in a box so that no one would find them and they would survive until Christmas :D

Ingredients
2 cups
flour
1 cup
powdered sugar
2 oz
butter
1 pc
egg
1 pc
egg yolk
3 packs
vanilla pudding powder
for gluing
marmalade
for dipping
chocolate

  1. Make a dough (in a form of a ball) from all the ingredients, which you don't have to leave in the refrigerator like other doughs for Christmas cookies, but you can work with it right away.
  2. Take smaller parts of the dough, put them in the grinder and use the right shape to make sticks, which you then make into horseshoes on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
  3. Bake the horseshoes at a temperature of 340 °F / 170 °C until golden.
  4. Glue the two horseshoes with marmalade and then dip the edges in the chocolate coating.
